Tray places second in the district pine wood derby

We were very surprised to hear Tray's name called at the district pinewood derby award ceremony. He didn't do well in the pack pine wood derby on Wednesday. He was discouraged and said that he didn't want to participate on Saturday at the district one. We added a little more weight and graphite and apparently it helped. We are excited and learned a lot thanks to Lisa Fonnesbeck, the pinewood derby queen! Can't wait to next year!

Pine Wood Derby

This year is Tray's first year to participate in the pine wood derby. His car won a award for the most realistic car.

Grandparent's Day and Western Day

We enjoyed Mom and Dad's visit last week. They came to visit so that they could come to grandparent's breakfast at Tray's school and it just so happened to be western day at Rylee's school. They got to come to that too.

Spring Break is here!!!

Spring break can officially start now that Ray has assembled the trampoline. We also brought a load of dirt in and the kids have enjoyed playing in it.

Happy Birthday Baby

My handsome hubby's birthday was Friday. He wanted a crawfish boil for his birthday and that's what we did and we topped it off with two dairy queen ice cream cakes!
